Additionally, participants debunk myths surrounding conflict and identify the best conflict management style. The course also covers innovation concepts such as the Six Thinking Hats, Nordstrom Innovation Lab, and the impact of the industrial revolution and digital transformation. Participants gain a deep understanding of Human-Centered Design principles, including focusing on people, finding the right problems to solve, and iterating on solutions through the design thinking process, concluding with the key role of HCD in business survival and innovation.
